Chris3 September 2026Fantastic. One of the best “thought out” Airbnb’s we have ever rented. They really thought of everything. The bonus bag of ice was brilliant. Well stocked coffee and tea station, games, bonfire wood etc. Very comfortable space. Ample parking and only a few miles from both Jamestown and State Dock Marinas. Nice job Brian. Marcus22 August 2026I can't say enough great things about "A Frame of Mind"! This was my families 2nd time staying and we brought friends this time. It was said many times that "this place has everything". All we needed was clothes and food/drinks. The place was very clean and comfortably fit 8 adults and a 1 year old. There is room in the driveway for 3 trucks and boats (if you can back a trailer up that will help). The property and neghborhood are very quiet with plenty of deer to see. We even had a packaged accidentally delivered to a neighbor who was kind enough to bring it over to us. Again, can't say enough good things about Brian and his place. It truly was a great and relaxing week staying there. Will definetly be returning for a 3rd visit at some point. As for the lake access I wouldn't recommend the neighborhood ramp but both big marinas are within 20 mins. I would suggest State Dock because trailer parking is much easier there. Our last trip, we traveled with friends and this trip we brought our children. Both times we have enjoyed our stay. We love the secluded feel of this home with all the trees but also love that it has close lake access. We will definitely be returning!Posted on Booking

Hannah C.8 June 2026Beautiful cabin - fun for families! Home had everything we needed for a wonderful lake vacation. We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, games, and karaoke! We also appreciated the quick access to the lake for swimming and launching kayaks and paddleboards. The hosts are super responsive and available to answer any questions ahead of or during the trip. This cabin is in a rural area with minimal options for groceries and dining. We stayed Sun-Thurs and few businesses were open (Reel Java - recommended by just about everyone - was NOT). We didn't mind much since we cooked several meals at home and ate at the State Dock marina (recommend!), but it was surprising to find most things shut down during the summer.Posted on Airbnb

B9 January 2026Exceptional ☺ Quiet location, the kitchen had everything we needed. The house had everything we needed, I'd say it was better stocked than most home rentals. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Location was great, we visited in the winter and had a great time using the outdoor firepit which had all the wood we could possibly need. Gina29 November 2025Perfect Vacation Home for Families ☺ From the moment we entered this beautiful cabin, we were truly impressed with its charm. The decor throughout the cabin is cozy, stylish, and comfortable. The cabin also has a unique 3-story floor plan with at least one bedroom and bathroom on each floor. While this layout ensured privacy, the open A Frame design created a shared environment so that we never felt disconnected. The cabin was very clean throughout, and the outdoor setting is well-cared for with lovely forest views. One evening, we saw a herd of deer gracefully walk down the lane in front of the cabin and a little fox peak out behind a row of trees. The game room with a karaoke system, the fire pit, hot tub, and quality appliances all made for a great family holiday! We also were very pleased to find such a great place that is pet-friendly. The communication from Natalie (owner/host) was also very helpful and thoughtful. We definitely would love to stay here again! ☹ There was nothing that we didn't like. The home was spotless, spacious, and located in a peaceful, quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a true home away from home. The extra space was wonderful, and being pet-friendly meant our best friend could join us, which made the trip even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return! ☹ The only minor inconvenience was that the door nearest to the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay, which made for a chilly walk outside, but the host let us know ahead of time and mentioned it was already scheduled for repair. Their communication and honesty were greatly appreciated, and it certainly didn’t take away from our wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again!Posted on Booking

The bed was comfy and the place was very clean. ☹ Acorns kept falling off a huge oak tree and hitting the roof in the middle of the night.
